All services listed above are offered free of charge to students and prospective learners. OnlineDegrees operates as an independent information aggregator and does not act as an official representative, agent, or affiliate of any university listed on the Platform unless explicitly stated.

By using OnlineDegrees, you represent and warrant that:

• You are at least 13 years of age. Users below 18 years of age should use the Platform only with the knowledge and guidance of a parent or legal guardian.
• You are using the Platform for personal, non-commercial, educational research and inquiry purposes only.
• All information you provide through inquiry or contact forms is accurate, truthful, and up-to-date to the best of your knowledge.
• You will not attempt to impersonate any other person, entity, or university counselor.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access for users who violate these conditions, without notice.

OnlineDegrees makes every reasonable effort to ensure that university data published on the Platform — including fees, accreditation status, placement records, and program eligibility — is accurate and current.

Data on our Platform is sourced from publicly available university websites, NAAC reports, AICTE or UGC-DEB portals, and verified placement reports. Our team conducts periodic reviews, but we cannot guarantee real-time accuracy for all listed data points.

OnlineDegrees offers 100% free academic counseling to students exploring online degrees. Our counselors help you:

• Identify suitable universities based on your budget, career goals, and academic background.
• Understand the difference between UGC-DEB approved and non-approved online programs.
• Compare LMS tools, placement support, and fee payment schedules across institutions.
• Navigate the admission process and scholarship opportunities at partner universities.

Counseling guidance is purely advisory in nature. OnlineDegrees does not guarantee admission to any university. Final admission decisions rest solely with the respective institution. By submitting an inquiry or contacting us, you consent to receiving a follow-up call or email from our academic advisors.

When you use our inquiry form, contact form, or newsletter subscription, we collect personal information such as your name, email address, phone number, city, and preferred course. This data is used exclusively to:

• Provide the counseling or informational response you requested.
• Send relevant newsletter content if you subscribed to our mailing list.
• Improve Platform features and understand user behaviour through aggregated analytics.

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal data to third parties. We may share basic lead information (name, phone, course preference) with our partner universities solely for the purpose of fulfilling your counseling request, subject to equivalent data protection standards.

You may request deletion of your data at any time by emailing support@onlinedegrees.com. We will process your request within 30 days. Our practices are consistent with applicable Indian data protection regulations.

All content on OnlineDegrees — including but not limited to text, blog articles, comparison data compilations, visual design, UI layouts, graphics, code, and branding — is the exclusive intellectual property of OnlineDegrees or its content contributors, and is protected under applicable Indian and international copyright laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial educational research. This licence does not permit you to:

• Reproduce, republish, or redistribute any Platform content without prior written consent.
• Scrape, crawl, or use automated tools to extract data from the Platform at scale.
• Create derivative works based on our compiled comparison datasets or blog articles.
• Use the OnlineDegrees brand, logo, or trademarks without explicit written authorisation.

University logos and trademarks displayed on our Platform remain the property of their respective institutions and are used for identification purposes only.

You agree not to engage in any of the following activities when using the Platform:

1. Uploading, submitting, or transmitting any content that is unlawful, defamatory, obscene, or otherwise harmful.
2. Attempting to gain unauthorised access to any server, database, or account associated with OnlineDegrees.
3. Using the Platform to impersonate a university, counselor, or OnlineDegrees staff member.
4. Submitting false or misleading information through any form on the Platform.
5. Interfering with or disrupting the integrity or performance of the Platform through any technical means.
6. Using the Platform in any way that violates applicable local, national, or international laws or regulations.
7. Harvesting or collecting personal information of other users.

Violation of this section may result in immediate termination of access and, where applicable, referral to law enforcement authorities.

The Platform and all content therein are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. Specifically, we disclaim all warranties, including but not limited to:

• Warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
• Guarantees that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses.
• Guarantees regarding the completeness, accuracy, or timeliness of any university data.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Indian law, OnlineDegrees, its owners, employees, advisors, and affiliates shall not be liable for any:

• Direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use or inability to use the Platform.
• Losses resulting from reliance on any university data, counseling advice, or blog content published on the Platform.
• Disputes between users and any university whose information is listed on the Platform.
• Financial losses arising from enrollment decisions made on the basis of Platform information.

In no event shall our total aggregate liability to you exceed the amount of ₹0 (zero rupees), reflecting the free nature of our services.

OnlineDegrees reserves the right to modify, update, or replace these Terms at any time at our sole discretion. Any changes will be posted on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date at the top of the document.

For material changes that substantially affect user rights or obligations, we will make reasonable efforts to notify registered users (e.g., via email or a prominent notice on the Platform). Your continued use of the Platform after any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
